Late January | Green Events Hub
Here's the curated list of volunteer and social opportunities for NYC environmentalists from January 22-28th.
Hi friend,
We finally broke our 700+ day streak of less than an inch of snow recorded in Central Park! Opportunities to meet other environmentalists in NYC are also ramping up, with events for foodies, dog lovers, book club lovers, advertising strategists, entrepreneurs, cinephiles, and those who love to get their hands in the soil. As opportunities for connection ramp up, I’m exploring the idea of lending space in this newsletter to spotlight a New Yorker and the kinds of events they like to attend. The goal would be to encourage other environmentalists to shoot their friendship shot and find a new friend to attend events together. Is that the kind of thing you’d be into? Let me know!
