Late February | NYC Green Events
Here's the curated list of volunteer and social opportunities for NYC environmentalists from February 17th through 23rd.
Hi friend,
What are you grateful for today? With all that is happening in the world and our city, it is easy to feel overwhelmed, outnumbered, and hopeless. The midnight hour of fascism orchestrated by the most successful wealth hoarders is upon us and it will require us to connect to ourselves and one another in ways in which we perhaps have not yet. This is the time to weave a strong tapestry of equity, justice, and care into the fabric of the new world that will emerge. Gratitude grounds me when things feel too big. What grounds you? Where are you finding your community and stoking that inner fire? Reply or comment to share - maybe your response will inspire someone!
🌎, Jasmine
P.S. As I recover from food poisoning, I’m grateful for running water, a warm apartment, and a partner who has kept me plied with hydration and applesauce.
I do not run any of the events below. If you have questions about event specifics, please contact the event organizer directly.
