December | NYC Green Events
Here's the curated list of volunteer and social opportunities for NYC environmentalists from December 9th through 15th.
Hi friend,
I attended a screening of Yintah on Friday and it left me feeling energized. It was a reminder that we carry on the good work of fighting for the planet not for ourselves, but for future generations and the living things that cannot talk. For them, we push forward. Gather some friends and watch it on Netflix this week. Make some new friends friends this weekend in Brooklyn and come to the Home Swap Stories: Passive House Takeover. You may see a familiar face. :)

P.S. If you’re looking for some gift ideas, I created a guide that features reusables, low or recycled plastic, small businesses, responsible sourcing, DIY and secondhand ideas over on my website.
I do not run any of the events below. If you have questions about event specifics, please contact the event organizer directly.
